Apple launched their 3rd Generation iPhone 3GS on June 2009 with 3 MP single camera.
This phone also brings huge success like iPhone 3G. But they include 3 Mega Pixels camera instead of 2 Mega Pixels. Which able to record 480 pixels video at 30 fps.
Still this phone has no selfie facilities.
